At her question, Hatter turned towards her and nodded his head once, twice before finally deciding that it was an appropriate time to answer her question. “We are at what used to be the Royal Gardens. The old palace used to be there, but now that time has passed, it is no longer the palace, you see?”
The hatter pointed in the direction of a dilapidated castle that was barely visible above the garden’s walls which were quite contrast in terms of color. White walls, ivy linings, and black gates gave off an aura of sophistication compared to the place behind it. “There are only roses in there, but if you wanted to see creatures, the forest behind the forest behind you harbors a few interesting ones that will leave you breathless.”
“I should warn you that some flowers are not so nice. Quite rude if and when they find out that you are not truly a flower. As for the Rabbit Hole, the fall won’t kill you. Tricky though it may be, there has never once been a death because of it.”
{ ♔ } - - - - - At his reply, the brunette began to look at her surroundings. “Royal Gardens?” she echoed. Following Hatter’s gaze, she soon spotted the old palace. “Is it abandoned? If not, who lives there?” she asked, hoping she wasn’t annoying him with her questions.
“The forest behind the forest? What the …” she said, raising an eyebrow. Everything here was so different compared to where she lived. “I can only imagine owls and the typical forest animals. Care to enlighten me?”
“The flowers talk?” she then asked in surprise, her eyes widening. “And rude if you’re not a flower? Why? Do they think themselves somewhat higher or is it just in her nature? Please forgive me for asking this much. And I’m sure thankful the fall didn’t kill me or do any kind of damage to me at all. But the fall sure was tricky with … everything you see and bump into while falling."
