{ ♔ } - - - - - The day had but a normal weather and for the lady, it seemed like a lazy afternoon that was perfect for leisurely activities. She began to walk in her usual calm demeanor when she accidentally bumped into someone.
”Mon Dieu, I’m so sorry! I was not looking where I was going-“
Needless to say she had a poor habit for staring in every direction except forward when walking around, part of her feeling the need to take in everything the other part hoping she would see something funny, like someone running into a pole. It was an inconvenience though when that person hitting that pole was her.
When she bumped into someone she wasn’t surprised at all, and laughed and cut the other woman off.
“Never be sorry for not looking where you’re going. Heaven’s knows you’re not the only one,” she pointed to herself as if she was the prime example. Which technically she was. And she was never sorry.
{ ♔ } - - - - - Kaitlyn was superbly surprised when the woman simply laughed off what happened a moment earlier so she just pressed her lips into a thin smile. And after the stranger finished her words, the lady found herself surprised again by her wise words.
“If that’s what you say so, then I’m not sorry.” she remarked. “We were both not looking ahead and that’s that.”
