Eira shrugged but was pleased that her little mockery of haunting was enough to bring Kait out of what seemed to be a dark day. Call it intuition, call it what you will, she could just tell what people were feeling. “I picked the right day then, marvelous!“ she jeered before her tone suddenly lowered. Typically bugs didn’t bite ghosts but she wasn’t willing to take the risk. ”Duly noted.”
Curious now, and it suddenly dawning on her exactly what had been said, she frowned. “Why do you only come out so often during the day? It’s much better to look at in the light.”
{ ♔ } - - - - - “Right day? What are you doing here anyway? To scare me must not be the only reason you came here.” she said, a slightly perplexed expression painted on her face. She began to walk in circles near Eira, her surroundings seeming strange to her. It must be have been her isolation as she had not only distanced herself from the world but the sun and everything bright around her, making her forget what it was to climb trees and hide in the forest.
“Well, since I died I kept myself away from everything that made me feel happy because when I did, everything comes back and my day gets ruined. Too long I’ve been on a fine line with darkness that the sun now seems like an enemy.” she casually said.
